How long will it take to start my project?
Normally, we keep 2 – 3 executives as standby resources, to adjust the replacement of employees going on urgent leave to provide uninterrupted services to our clients. We also assign standby resources in case our client needs services on an urgent basis. Otherwise, it normally takes 2 weeks to allocate resources to the new project after signing off the agreement.
Do I get efficient staff for my project?
In India, we get highly qualified staff as per the market scenario and we have good consultants on our panel who always have good candidates in their database. Above all our HR is efficient enough to recruit the right candidate as per the project requirement.
Where are we located?
We are located in Mohali (Punjab) and it is also a satellite town of the city of beautiful Chandigarh. This city is having very good infrastructure in regard to communication as well as road and Air traffic and also has an international Airport.
What about the procedure and process as per the client’s policies?
We offer our clients a very flexible working style as per their needs, policies, processes, compliance, data security procedures, and ethics and if required we also provide them an isolated area in the office premises to the employees working on the client’s project if desired by our client and provide the environment to the client as its own extension of offshore employees.
What if the client wants to visit the offshore office?
Of Course, Clients can visit our offshore office and can have a one-on-one interaction with employees working on client projects. We assist our clients in getting good accommodation in a hotel and also provide them the transportation facility.
