We at Knowbility Solutions Private Limited follows a very transparent and liberal cancellation policy where customers can proceed with ease with cancellation and refund request.
- Our policy of refund is of 7 days, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange because our team starts working on the project as soon as order is confirmed. Our policy lasts 7 days. If any of the development work will be done by our team within 7 days then we will deduct the amount as per the working hours spent by our team. If in any case we fail to provide you service your money will be refunded back.
- No cancellation of services will be entertained if order has been booked/obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Easters, New Year, as these are limited period offers and includes discounts, therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Please note that the cancellation of orders will not be granted on the Day/date of Refund will be initiated and completed with 7 to 21 days.
- Any cancellation done after the cooling-off period by the client, for any reason whatsoever, will lead to payment in full as agreed price and can initiate termination of the contract, until otherwise mutually agreed between Knowbility Solutions Private Limited and the client.

- Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
